Vanessa advises on environmental issues, and the consenting and regulation of major energy and infrastructure projects.
She has recognised expertise in nuclear law, advising on licensing, contracting, nuclear liability, nuclear governance, decommissioning arrangements, financing and project delivery.
Her experience also includes advising on new-build programmes, operating plants, fuel cycle facilities, nuclear transport, small modular reactors, component supply and defence facilities.
Her wider energy and infrastructure experience includes advising on: major UK offshore windfarms; global renewables portfolios; conventional power plants; interconnectors; rail, airport and port projects; and a carbon-capture and storage proposal.
Vanessa also has wide experience providing environment and planning support on corporate and real estate transactions and financing arrangements.
