Tetiana Drok is an Antitrust Associate at Sayenko Kharenko Law Firm in Kyiv, currently on secondment at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the Berlin office. Her experience includes acting for numerous multi-national companies on their investments in Ukraine, obtaining merger clearances and approvals for concerted practices in Ukraine, as well as supporting clients within the investigations of merger cases (Phase II investigations) and cartel cases conducted by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
