I solve problems. Often, I represent clients in complex commercial litigation, often involving international law and discovery issues. I have played prominent roles in major cases involving international financial service and accounting firms in securities fraud cases, hedge fund-related litigation, commercial disputes and before bankruptcy courts.
My cases frequently involve allegations of fraud. I have represented professional services and private equity firms, banks, manufacturers and media companies in commercial arbitrations and civil litigation in over 15 states, in state, federal and bankruptcy courts.
I also counsel clients on privacy and cybersecurity issues, with regard to their exposure to US litigation risks, and concerning the assessment of litigation in the context of mergers, acquisitions and the issuance of securities.
